Where the practice stands now
Rusty Antel has retired from the active practice of law and is of counsel to the firm.
That means a new matter would not go to him. The firm has named misdemeanor and felony charges among the concerns it offers legal services for, but whether the firm can help with a particular charge today is something only the office can answer.
Call (573) 442-2454 and ask whether the firm can help or who you should talk to instead. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Chapter 03
What to do first
Write down the dates while they are fresh: when it happened, any court dates, and any conditions you were told to follow. Keep every piece of paper you were handed, in the order you received it.
Do not talk through the case by email, on social media or in a message through this website. Those messages do not create an attorney-client relationship and may not be private, which is why the first conversation is best held by phone with the office.
This is general information and not legal advice. A lawyer who has read your paperwork can tell you what applies to you.
Kevin Quinlan, reviewing Rusty Antel on Google in March 2020: “Rusty Antel is a top notch lawyer. Highly recommend him as he is straight forward and very knowledgeable.”

The choice of an attorney is an important decision and should not be based solely on advertisement. The information on this site does not constitute legal advice. Contacting the firm through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship, which begins only once the firm agrees to represent you.
